Kids know her as the “all-in” sitter — because from bike races to toastie breaks, she’s game.
Her babysitting mantra? Two words: “Cuddles & Kindness.” Parents can depend on her for imaginative fun, smooth problem-solving and the kind of reassuring energy that turns “Uh-oh” moments into “Whew, we handled that” triumphs.
Hayley’s go-to connection style: Play big, wind down gently. Whether it’s outdoor adventures, rainy day indoor crafts or a calm midnight story session (yes, we’ve got snacks and fairy lights ready), she meets kids where they are—full throttle or ready to rest.
Her “fun fact”? She has a pet (or previously had one / works with animals) so she’s used to high-energy companions (tail-wags and all) and knows how to balance playtime and peaceful-time like a pro.
