Program Structure
Welcome to the Sit Happens School Holiday Program — a full-day, fully-supervised, fun-soaked adventure your kids will beg to come back to. Designed to spark creativity, burn energy, build confidence and give parents a well-deserved breather. Each session is packed with hands-on activities, themed adventures, silly games, quiet corners, messy masterpieces and wholesome chaos, all led by our trained, WWCC-cleared Sit Legends. It’s the perfect mix of structure and freedom, excitement and safety, learning and play — school holiday care with heart, humour and a whole lot of magic.

Who Can Join the Fun?
Our School Holiday Program is designed for primary-aged kids (5–12 years) — big enough for big activities, little enough to love the magic of play. Whether they’re crafty, sporty, sensory, social, quiet or high-energy, we tailor every day to suit different ages and personalities. Mixed-age groups work beautifully: older kids lead, younger kids follow, and everyone finds their tribe. If your child has additional needs or support requirements, just let us know — every child is welcomed, included and supported.

Doors open. Welcome, Warm-Up & Settling In
Kids sign in, find their crew, check out the day’s setup and jump into a gentle warm-up activity.
Think LEGO, drawing, morning games, and “OMG you’re here!” reunions.

Big Morning Activity
The hero moment of the day — craft explosions, STEM challenges, drama games, creative build missions, sensory fun, or outdoorsy adventures. Every day is different. Every activity is risk-assessed. Every child is involved.
9:00am
Snack Break + Chill Time
We refuel, rehydrate, reset and… wipe 47 crumbs off the table.
10:30am
Group Games & Outdoor Fun
Movement-based play designed to burn energy, build teamwork and spark big belly laughs.
If we can take it outside — we will.
11:00am
Lunch + Free Play
Kids choose from cosy corners, board games, construction stations, calm spaces or backyard-style play.
12.30pm
Afternoon Adventure Block
A second big activity — art lab, science experiments, design challenges, messy play, drama sessions or themed stations.
Imagination: activated.
1:30 PM
Afternoon Tea + Reset
Snacks, water, recharging and a moment to breathe.
3:00 PM
Chill Out, Choose Your Own Fun + Pack Down
End-of-day wind-down: building, board games, giant colouring, dance-offs or outdoor chill time.
Parents collect happy, worn-out, joy-filled kids.

Mini Mates Dates are our curated, full-day adventure sessions designed to keep kids entertained, engaged, and buzzing with joy — while you enjoy a little breather (or tackle the to-do list in peace).
Each session comes with a fresh theme, hand-picked activities, and is run by our Sit Happens crew in partnership with incredible kids entertainment providers from across Geelong and the Surf Coast. Think expert facilitators, high-energy fun, and wholesome experiences that spark imagination, connection and confidence.
Whether your little legend is into magic tricks, wild science, mystery-solving, K-Pop action, or creative hands-on makes — there’s a Mini Mates Date with their name on it.

Yes — a deposit or full payment is required at booking to secure your child’s place. Sessions do sell out.

Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable
Earlier cancellations may be eligible for credit (case by case)

Most sessions are drop-and-go, unless otherwise stated. This helps kids settle into the group and build confidence independently.
